  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer unless the product is defective or sent incorrectly.
