Delivery Information

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as earrings or intimate items cannot be returned.
